WOOD PRODUCTS
Our Wood Products team turns responsibly harvested logs into lumber and plywood. Operating seven mills across multiple states, they produce consistent, high-quality materials for customers nationwide.
In addition to production, this team is always focused on operational excellence, from lean practices and automation to continuous process upgrades. Their work supports sustainable building and a resilient supply chain.
TIMBERLANDS
Our Timberlands team sustainably manages 2.1 million acres of certified forestland across the U.S. Their work is rooted in long-term thinking, balancing resource production with the protection of air, water, and wildlife.
This team also plays a key role in carbon storage, biodiversity, and wildfire mitigation. They use a mix of field experience and evolving technology to manage land responsibly. Their work supports the core of who we are and what we provide.
REAL ESTATE
The Real Estate team unlocks the value of our land for recreation, conservation, and development. They manage sales, partnerships, and planning with environmental responsibility at the center.
From rural property sales to community-focused developments, they connect people to land while supporting our broader mission of stewardship and growth.

Our Corporate teams play a vital role in helping the business run smoothly.
